OMG...it's Brian Peppers! That guy is a registred sex offender in Toledo! He used to live in an apartment complex by Nate's old condo. When Nate and I were dating, I saw that Brian Peppers guy walking down the street and I almost got in a car accident. The memory still haunts me.
